VWS-7: Near Space Balloon Flight Telemetry Experiments Launch

. We need a launch team pulled together. We do have the payload/flight string/electronics team, that perhaps is also the launch team, before they join in the chase?

. . We need driver/tracker teams. We should not have the trackers driving! Rather someone with a laptop mapping APRS system as a navigator and communicator and someone else driving.

. Nov 21: Day: Final flight string assembly and testing @ Byron's.
. Nov 14: Club meeting, final status and prediction @ VCC
. Nov 08: Initial flight string assembly and testing @ Byron's.
. Nov 01: Proposed morning or early afternoon tracking working session for APRS, AGWPE, Xastir, & 'UIView/Precision Mapping 6'.
. Oct 31: possible 5th Friday VWS-7 meeting. Final meeting.
. Oct 24: Club Meeting, VWS-7.
. Oct 17: VWS-7 meeting at Tom's place.
